Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 22, 2026
MarketAmp (“MarketAmp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-powered email campaign management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of www.marketamp.app and to users of the MarketAmp application.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, organization, and authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth subject IDs if you sign in with Google). When you upgrade we collect billing information via Stripe; we never see your raw card details.
1.2 Content you submit
Email campaign content, contact lists, templates, and other material you upload or create in MarketAmp is stored on our servers so we can render, send, and track your campaigns.
1.3 Usage and device data
We collect standard web logs (IP address, browser type, referrer, timestamps) and product analytics (pages viewed, features used, error traces) so we can operate and improve the service.
1.4 Email engagement data
When you send a campaign we record delivery, open, click, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events returned by our email provider so we can show you analytics and manage suppression lists.
2. How we use Google user data
If you sign in with Google we request only the email, profile, and openid scopes. We use this information solely to:
- Create and authenticate your MarketAmp account;
- Display your name and profile picture inside the app;
- Send you transactional emails related to your account.
We do not read, send, delete, or otherwise access your Gmail messages, Google Contacts, Google Drive files, or any other Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, credit scoring, or determining creditworthiness, and we do not use Google user data to serve ads. We retain Google user data only for as long as your MarketAmp account is active; on account deletion we delete the Google identifiers we hold within 30 days, subject to Section 6.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described in Section 1 to:
- Operate and maintain the MarketAmp service;
- Process your email campaigns and display analytics;
- Authenticate your account and secure our infrastructure;
- Communicate with you about billing, feature updates, and service incidents;
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service;
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers we share data with
We use a small number of third-party service providers who act as data processors under our instructions. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage. Hosts account data and campaign content.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — email delivery. Processes email content and recipient addresses for sending.
- Stripe — payment processing. Handles subscription billing and stores card data under PCI scope.
- Vercel — web application hosting and edge networking.
- Google — OAuth sign-in (only when you choose to use it).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Cookies and tracking
MarketAmp uses first-party cookies strictly necessary for session management (keeping you signed in) and first-party analytics to understand product usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the application domain.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 12. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS for data in transit, encryption at rest for our database, least-privilege access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your personal data we will notify you as required by law.
9. International transfers
MarketAmp is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Children
MarketAmp is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or an in-app notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
