Hard Bounce
A hard bounce is an email that failed for a permanent reason, like an address that does not exist.
Hard bounces happen when the address is wrong, made up, or no longer exists. The email can never be delivered, so you should remove that address from your list right away.
Leaving hard bounces on your list makes you look careless to email providers and drags down your ability to reach the inbox.
